Post & Packing Charges and Services for UK
destinations
Orders are typically despatched on the Next
Working day following cleared payment.
Orders are despatched via major parcel
carriers such as Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will normally reach
you in just a few days from despatch. Your order may require a
signature upon receipt.
Most packages will be too large for a
standard letter box and if there is no one home to accept the order
then your package maybe taken to your local Post Office or Sorting
Office pending You collecting it.
If for any reason your
order arrives back with us (failed
delivery, non-collection etc) we will only
refund the price of the goods and not the original P&P charges

Non-UK destinations
Europe P&P Charges
Charge for the First item is £10 with
the second item being an additional £9 with a third item onwards
being at an additional £8.
For Example: Order 3 items = £10
+ £9 + £8 = £27
Rest Of World P&P Charges
Charge for the First item is £15 for
each additional / subsequent item there is a charge of £10.
For Example: Order 4 items = £15 + £10
+ £10 + £10 = £45
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you wish to
return any item to us please email us (info@brlstock.com) in the first instance advising
us of the nature of the return. We will then organise with you
(normally a postage paid returns bag sent out to you) the return of
the item(s) and a full refund of your initial purchase price of the
goods and postage.
The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
state a customer has the right to cancel the contract at any
time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
We aim to respond to all emails
within 1 Working day of receipt.
