Post & Packing Charges and Services for UK
destinations
Orders with cleared payment by 11am
will normally be despatched same day (Mon-Fri) by either Royal Mail 1st Class
post or via Parcelforce whichever is the most appropriate to the
product.
1st Class / Parcelforce means that your
order will normally take between 1 to 3 Working days to arrive (UK
customers)
EXPEDITED delivery service
You can select our expedited delivery
service which means that orders with cleared payment by 11am
(Mon-Fri) will be despatched same day via Parcelforce 24 or 1st
Class Recorded Post. As an
example if you choose this service and order an item by 11am Monday
your parcel should reach you on Tuesday - Please allow additional
time for more outlying areas. Orders despatched on a Friday using
this service means that you should receive delivery on the following
Monday. However, we have no direct control or influence with any
carrier or postal service and therefore can NOT guarantee any lead
times.
UK Post and Packing Charges:
Standard Delivery: First item
£3.99 and each subsequent item is an additional 50p
Expedited Delivery: First item
£7.50 and each subsequent item is an additional 50p
Most packages will be too large for a
standard letter box and if there is no one home to accept the order
then your package maybe taken to your local Post Office or Sorting
Office pending You collecting it.
If for any reason your
order arrives back with us (failed
delivery, non-collection etc) we will only
refund the price of the goods and not the original P&P charges

Non-UK destinations
Europe P&P Charges
Charge for the First item is £10 with
the second item being an additional £9 with a third item onwards
being at an additional £8.
For Example: Order 3 items = £10
+ £9 + £8 = £27
Rest Of World P&P Charges
Charge for the First item is £15 for
each additional / subsequent item there is a charge of £10.
For Example: Order 4 items = £15 + £10
+ £10 + £10 = £45
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you wish to
return any item to us please email us (info[@]brlstock.com) in the first instance advising
us of the nature of the return. Our standard returns policy is that
you are liable for any return postage costs and any refund given
will exclude the original delivery cost to get the order to you.
Where an item is received by you as faulty, not fit for purpose or
significantly different to the description we will of course
reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
state a customer has the right to cancel the contract at any
time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
We aim to respond to all emails
within 1 Working day of receipt.
